Your registration badge was sent to you by email, you may either print it at home (recommended) or on-site upon arrival. Please note that your badge will allow one delegate entry to the meeting. Duplicates will be invalid.
(Please note, if you print your badge at home, kindly make sure to choose in the printing preferences: paper size “A4” & in scale settings please choose “Actual size”).
You are kindly requested to wear your badge during all sessions and events.
*Function tickets: Purchased function tickets will be provided via email on the day of each event.

The full interactive scientific programme is available to view on the Meeting website via the following link and on the Meeting App. The programme is subject to change and participants are kindly requested to check the scientific programme carefully for last minute updates.

E-POSTERS

E-Poster Discussion Sessions
Parallel E-Poster Discussion presentations will be given on Wednesday, 10 May and Thursday, 11 May. All participants are invited to the E-Poster Stations to hear the short presentations and to ask questions. Each E-Poster Discussion Session will be guided by one moderator. Presenters should be at the E-Poster stations 10 minutes before the start of the E-Poster Discussion Session and remain there until the session has finished. Each presenter has been allocated 5 minutes to speak about his/her E-Poster, and 2 minutes for discussion.
E-Poster Viewing
All E-Posters will be available for viewing, from the start of the meeting (08 May), in the E-Poster gallery on the virtual platform (no dedicated session time), the app and at the E-Poster stations onsite.
INDUSTRY SUPPORTED SESSIONS & EXHIBITION

SUSTAINABILITY
At ESPID, we think everyone can play a role in maintaining a sustainable future. This year, we are focused on improving the Meeting’s waste management. Every small action matters!
Here is what we encourage you to do before and during the ESPID Meeting:
- Use the mobile app and the virtual platform (instead of printing) to inquire about the programme details
- Use more sustainable ways of traveling to and around Lisbon (consider the train and carbon offsetting; bus, tram, ride a bike or walk instead of using a taxi in Lisbon)
- Reduce the waste you generate and separate recyclables
- Opt for reusable mugs and bottles
- Consider alternative business cards like QR codes or e-cards
- Join us in the exhibition area on Wednesday, 10 May at 12:55-13:30 for a SPECIAL NEW SESSION: “Towards zero waste: active participation” by Ana Salcedo.

PRESCRIBER / NON-PRESCRIBER
Within the Meeting venue, healthcare professional authorized to prescribe prescription medicines will be recognized with a letter P (Prescriber) indicated on their name badges. Non-prescribers will be indicated as N/P.
CME ACCREDITATION and CERTIFICATE OF ATTENDANCE
ESPID 2023 Meeting has been accredited by the European Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (EACCME). For further information and to download your Certificate of Attendance AFTER the meeting, please click here . Printed Certificates of Attendance will not be available onsite.
